My Clio Diesel 1.9If you get 10 miles per litre you are doing well! That's about 45 miles per gallon... roughly. My clio 1.9D is getting about 60 miles on a fiver with very varied driving so that's about 12 miles per litre... very roughly. Testing now with frugal driving :o)

Originally it was due to be approx 50k miles but due to them snapping and damaging the engine Renault then changed the advisory to every 36k miles. Get the timing belt kit as well so it will be under warranty.
I'm having mine done today, at 110,000 kilometres. Recomended is 100,000 kilometres. Be prepareds for the expense roughly 700 dollars Australian for me.
it will be an 8 valve engine as all the 16 valve 1.2s have a 16v badge on the door mouldings
