The clock of a 2006 Volvo s40 is control via a knob on the instrumental panel. To set the clock simply turn the knob and manipulate the digits into the wanted time.
Press and hold the rotary button on the clock face, then turn and hold in the direction you wish to go, let go when it gets near correct time then repeat using small increments.
This was a question, not an answer.
They didn't make an LTD in 2006
You don't re-set or set a clock on a Volvo S60. i bought a 2012 S60 in Springfield, IL. Since purchase the clock either loses time or advances time overnight at any given time. Would you believe the dealer has told me Sweden has never heard of this? Go figure! Owned Nissan's all my life with no problems and now spend more and get this. Very disappointed with Volvo!
It was first introduced into the market in the year 2000. The second set of this vehicle, the ones that were improved, were introduced in th year 2004.

To set the time in a 2006 Mini Cooper hold down the clock button on the dashboard and wait until the number in the hour position starts blinking. Continue to hold it down until it changes to the correct number. After the hour is changed wait a few seconds and press the clock button again. It will change to the minute position and repeat the same process.
