Take out your owners manual. Its the one hiding in your glove box =) Most likely its just a fuse, which are really inexpensive!

It's the turn signal indicator-located behind the hazard lights.You have to take it out and replace it.

Most of the cars now have composite lights and the lights have to be revomed to replace the bulbs.
Look for either a blown fuse or replace flasher unit for the signal lights (it is separate from the hazard lights flasher unit).
You don't state what they are or not doing. If none of them work, change the flasher. If just one side works replace the bulbs that are not working.how do you get at the bulb to change please explain
