First of all, you need to make way from the driver side of the car so as to access the area just forward of the Throttle Linkage, remove anything that you can to give you more room, everything can be done from on top. Their is a special tool. You can make it like I did, get a 3/4 " combo wrench, heat and bend it about 2 " from open end of wrench to a 90 degree angle. On the box end end weld a very large (1 1/4 or so ) socket over the boxed end so that you can put a Breaker Bar 1/2 drive wrench on the socket. The replacement unit is 18 mm but the 3/4 will work to put the new one on.
