it is located on the bottom of the washer fluid bottle. you change it by unplugging the electrical connecter, removing the washer hose from the pump, and the gently prying the pump out of the bottle.
It is mounted up in the BOTTOM of the washer tank. You will have to remove the tank to get to it.

It is on the driver side under the washer fluid container. You have to remove the cross support bar and the washer fliud conainer and the airfilter box. It takes about a half hour to remove and replace. All bolts are metric.
Remove the washer reservoir. The pump is located in the bottom. On some cars, the pump is permanently attached to the reservoir, so the whole reservoir will have to be changed, or buy an aftermarket pump, and modify the washer system.
You will need a harmonic balancer puller. Remove crankshaft bolt and washer, reinstall bolt without the washer approximately 10 turns. This will protect the threads in the crankshaft. Install puller and remove balancer. You cannot remove the balancer without this puller. They are inexpensive or try to borrow one.
