How do you remove and replace the motor for the drivers side power window in a 2000 Sienna
Your switch is bad or the window motor has gone out
i have a 2001 Nissan altima and the power window switch had a problem... only the drivers window had a problem. I took it to the dealor b/c there is a recall on the power window switches and they replaced all 4 for free. Not sure if the 2000 year has the same recall, but it's worth checking out.
The relays are integrated into the switch itself.
Yes
2000 Solara passenger power window. Are the fuses separate for the windows? Left works right does not with no power to the drivers switch for the right side.
There is only one fuse for all power windows. If only the passenger side window does not work, the problem is either with the passenger window switch or the motor on that window.

The power window motor can be changed by an experienced mechanic in about 15 minutes by removing the interior door panel and the motor actually snaps in place. About half the time on the ventures though, it is usually the power window switch causing the problem. I assume that the fuse is not popped and you are getting power to the switch and the motor.
Remove the inside door window panel. Make sure the window is on the window track. Make sure the window linkage is not needing repair. Replace the window motor.
On a ( 2000 ) Lincoln Navigator the rear window defroster switch is located in the dash below the headlight switch
