Remove clutch piston. Remove circlip on top of axe. Tap gently down on axe then rise up and support from below, use a puller to ditatch the arm. with a small screwdrver or a bit ,from the inside push the top bushin upwards . than you can pull the arm up from the lower bushing than aside and downwards.

simply remove or cut cable. it connects at clutch fork and runs over to hill holder mechanism on left frame rail. it is lower cable on clutch fork.

A 1993 does not have a clutch fork if it is a pick-up truck. It has an hydraulic slave cylinder.
If this happens when cold not when warm, check the clutch fork mechanism. It is attached to the clutch it looks like a long fork mechanism, grease it as it might be sticking when cold..
The piston has slipped off the fork or the fork is broken.
