{your car requires a service) when the mechanic has completed the work he will re set your warning light.
What can be the problem with the overdrive light flashing on and off?
The corect and only real way: Have the car scanned, this will tell you what is wrong. Repair the fault. Have the car scanned and re-set. If you re-set the system without repair it will just come back on.
Add oil to engine until level correct on stick.
A scan tool is required to clear the check engine light. If the failure is not repaired, the light will return.
You don't... You fix the problem and the it goes out all on it's own...
Turn the dial............ re-re.
If the purge valve was causing the fault, the light may go out. If it was and it didn't you may need to re-set the system.
The frequency of re-emitted light in a transparent material is the same as the frequency of the light that stimulates its re-emission. This is due to the conservation of energy principle, where the energy of the absorbed photon is re-emitted as a photon of the same frequency.
Vehicle needs to go onto diagnostics. Fault must be rectified before the code can be reset. Once the code is re set, the light will extinguish.
