In my old 1999 Octavia I TDI (81 kW/110 HP) it was every 80,000 km. On the current 2005 Octavia II TDI (103 kW/140 HP) it is every 120,000 km. The interval is increasing in newer models as the materials keep improving. On higher performing (and more expensive) cars the trend is the chain again. im looking for the answer as well, tho i think it is around the 80k mark on your car.
Open the fuel filler door. If it says "diesel fuel only" inside, it is a TDI; if it says "unleaded fuel only" it cannot be a TDI because TDI is a diesel engine. As to telling if it's a GTI...all GTIs I know of have thin red accent stripes, but if you got yours used it's possible the previous owner removed all signs of your car's GTIness.
The immobilizer is a security mechanism mounted in the vehicle. So you won't be able to bypass it. All you can do is have it checked in an authorized service. can bypass the ecu to start without immobiliser, pls send your ecu , we will reprogramme it and send it to you - scanacar@gmail.com - Chennai - India - +919841436436

The fuel injectors on a 2003 VW Tdi are replaced by disconnecting the wiring harness, fuel supply, and removing the retaining bolts. They can then be pulled from the fuel rail and replaced.
If you want good fuel economy, the SDI is for you. If you want a lot of torque, your best bet is to go for the TDI. The SDI doesnt have a turbo but the TDI does.
