By stripping down gearbox - it is the only way to do
you will have to pull the tranny out to change it and then you can pop it out with a screwdriver.
You need to replace an oil seal on the gearbox.

Either buy a rebuilt gearbox and replace it, or buy a gearbox rebuild kit and follow the instructions to rebuild it.
you have to remove trans.after trans is removed remove tork.conv.check bushing in front pump you will find that it is bad
If it's the "front seal", meaning the seal on the input shaft, you'll have to separate the engine and trans. Pull one or both to get to the seal.
Cut the rubber seal and gently push the windscreen out.
Remove Aux belt Remove Timing Belt Remove the sump Remove Oil pump Remove piston big end caps Remove Crankcase and drop out crankshaft Slide off oil seal Reassemble in reverse order.
check oil level, as excessive oil may cause leaks round sump seal due to the pressure in the system. i overfilled mine a week ago and its now really oily round there when it wasnt before
