You have to open the rear hatch like you would to replace the reg. brake lights. Screws should be accessible once hatch is fully open.
The light switch is located above the hatch door ceiling.
After you open the back hatch, you notice two compartments, one on each side of the hatch area, remove the panels to gain access to the bulbs.
Open the hatch - remove the protective cover from the housing - twist out the bulb holder - remove and replace bulb - re-install in the reverse order.
When you open the hatch back there are two screws, take that off and then pop off the light cover and it is there.
