Under the door on the left side of the vehicle (I don't say "driver side" because Volvo does offer RHD models for parts of the world where that's the norm, and I don't know where you're posting from) is where the air tanks should be. The supply (wet) tank has a pull cord attached to it. Pull on it, and it'll drain the air out.
If you open the left side skirt, it should expose the cables to the draincocks for the wet tank, primary, and secondary tank.

Do you mean a drain for the freon? If so, there is no drain. It needs to be evacuated and stored in a holding tank by law.

Portable humidifiers do not require a window for drainage. They have a tank built into the unit that can be emptied when it is full. The tank can be by passed by running a hose to a drain. Add on systems to and existing air conditioning systems require a drain.
