The oil filter on a Renault Clio is located on the driver side of the engine. To see it simply prop the hood of the engine up and oil filter will then be visible.
In my '00 Renault megane scenic, the chassis number is located under the spare tire. If you can't find it there, there's a sticker in the bottom of the B pillar on the right side of the car, that contains several numbers. The chassis number is the one that start by VF . The B pillar is the one between the front and back door. To be able to see the sticker, you have to open the right front door. Hope this helps.

Check to see if it have a sight glass on the accumulator/drier some do.
I don't know the Renault Clio but as a general rule I would examine the brakes first to see if the linings are rubbing when the wheel is rotated backwards. (This applies to disc or drum brakes.)
there is a fuse box beside the glove box u will see the cover for it when u open the door.
On the fuse box door you can see a pictorial representation of what the fuse is for, for a more detailed description refer to your car manual (downloadable from http://www.pdf-search-engine.com/renault-clio-service-manual-pdf.html) or buy a copy of the Haynes manual from your local Halfords.
Pop the bonnet and on the passanger side in front of the screen you will see a grill, inside is the wash bottle and the aux fuse box
Chassis number is on the right side under the place where you put your legs.remove the right down shild and you will see a silver plate with the number
I have a clio mark 2 and the fuse box is on the end of the dash on the passenger side. You have to open the door to see it. There is a plastic cover that you pull off and the fuse layout is on the reverse side of this. Hope this helps. Steggie
If you see no obvious drain plug, then just remove the lower radiator hose to drain the system.
