Hi, I have Peugeot 406 2002 model 2.0 Litres. I had the same problem! both snow & sport mode lights were flashing occaissionally my bad luck i ignored it as it was not interfering in my driving once i turn off the engine it use to go away! But just last week all of a sudden the gear oil leaked by the time i noticed it was too late!!! the gear box is gone! now the company says i need to replace the gear box which will cost around 5000$. I don't know what to do? if i add 3000$ more can get a same model car in used car market. :((( Azlan, Dubai,UAE hi, last days i had the same thing in my 406/2004 and to solve the problem you have only to remove the computer sockets located to the right side and above the engine and try to clean the sockets and to make sure that the clearance (male & female) are tide Nidal Mohammad Amman,Jordan

under the steering wheel . undo the three half twist black srews and u will see the fuse box
If your car is left hand drive,its up under dash between the door and steering column.
