In short, no. BMW is only the parent company, a lot of the parts are made specifically for the Mini cooper. You can put some of the seats from the BMW line in the mini cooper though.

While both are made by the MINI they are different. The Cooper is a coupe or convertible. The Countryman is a small Sports Activity Vehicle that is larger than the Cooper in every way. All are available as a Cooper, S or JCW model while the Countryman also has a 4WD drive option as well.

my friend, when you open the car with the key control and you'r pressing the botton for more than 3 seconds, the mini cooper automatically opens the sunroof and windows, this just works with the open, if you try to close with the control the sunrooof and the windows stay it will in the same place.
MINI specs synthetic oil for all models assuming you are talking about the moder MINI and not the older Classic Mini. Using a normal dino oil will void the warranty and not offer the same level of protection a synthetic oil provides.
