Im not a car expert but im pretty sure it should be connected to the BOV (blow off valve)
A supercharged intercooled DOHC with 16 in-line valve inline-4, port fuel injection, and an aluminum head abd block. The base price for the Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged is $21,995.
Yes, if it is turbocharged.
You could mount it, but there is no pressure to blow off.
you can get a fake sounding blow off valve, other wise bov's are used for force induction application.
It could be a clogged PVC valve.
Technically you can, but unless you have a turbo a blow valve won't do you any good. It's be like hanging sidepipes on a car and not hook them up.
My guess would be bad valve seals and/or worn valve guides.
not nesscearily but i suggest when you do that your car will be fast n better of quality
Either will make your car faster.
Stop being a ricer and give your grandma her car back. If you want a blow off valve. Have a shop professionally install a complete turbo set up.
cut a hole in your air filter and then mount it securely and your good to go make sure you use elmers school only cause it will secure it tightly but able to take off in the future also buy an hks ssqvbov cause its the only one that will work On a non turbo, there is no pressure to "blow off". So a blow off valve would not do anything.
