Explore that isle. On the mini map you should find a patch of blue, go to the west tip of the blue patch (the river) and you should find a cave.
Go in that cave and you should see three levers. Push the right one, then middle, then the left one, then the middle one, then the right one, the right one again, and then the middle one!
