He is right next to on the left of the HISTORY of the WORLD book it doesn't show his cane
He's known as Odlaw in the Where's Waldo, not sure of the Wally version.
On page one Wally is by the blue house on the left hand side, Wenda is by the purple car on the left hand side, Odlaw is at the bottom, right page, quite close to the center and Wizard White beard is above and right of Odlaw, at the top of a red stall.

In the "Where's Waldo?" series, Odlaw is typically not depicted in the future. The stories focus on finding Waldo, while Odlaw remains a character to spot in the present-day scenes.

Go to the right side of the page and find the row of Odlaw's. Count on from the right side of the pagew until you get to the 16th Odlaw. The real Wenda has a camera around her neck and is right in front of the 16th Odlaw from the right.
In the Where's Waldo book, the bone in Odlaw's Swamp can be found on the right-hand page near the bottom of the scene. It is located near a group of people and animals, and you will need to search closely to spot it among the detailed illustrations.
Odlaw's binoculars can be found in the women's clothing department.
Odlaw in the musical is on the left page. Go above the Wizard Whitebeards and find a Wizard near the right page. Go up four rows to find Odlaw holding a cane above Wenda.
Lower half of the right page there is a mud river. Between the two bridges there's a mud monster throwing mud at a knight. Odlaw just over that knight's shoulder.
