As far as I know, there is no specific feminine form of fireman, however the "politically correct" term for a female fireman would be fireperson. In situations where formality isn't necessary, firewoman could be used. Political correction impoverishes our language more and more and dumbs our people down. But the truth is there is no gender in the English noun, even when referring to female creatures. The word is fireman. Instead of the silly "firewoman," those who who are concerned about making sure everyone's gender is properly specified and accounted for, and about the imaginary gender specificity ( or sexism) of the -man in fireman (or in woman) should simply spell it firemyn. The form of address is Miss, Ms or Madam Fireman.
