Actually that doesn't mean anything at all. ;-)

It might be an attempt at Bonne journee pour le jour de Bastille, which still doesn't make a whole lot of sense. But it's probably meant to be something like "Have a good Bastille Day," since today (July 14th) is Bastille Day, the French national holiday.
