The Phrase "It is as handy as it is becoming" means it is as useful as it is up and coming.
This means that a person a has enough.
Never give up on you
It means at a loss or perplexed.
No
pumped up means like excited something like that anyway
It's about the kid "Robert" becoming sick and tired of the popular kids, and when it says "he's coming for you, yea he's coming for you", It means that he is coming for the popular kids he's sick and tired of. The term "pumped up kicks," most popular kids had nice shoes, and they were called pumped up kicks. Saying that they "outrun his gun" and that they run "faster than his bullet" is just a phrase because people don't run faster than bullets or outrun guns. It's basically referring to a school shooting.
Pumped up, or ready for action.

I cannot find this phrase in a slang dictionary. There is a phrase 'dressed to the nines,' which means decked out in your best clothes. There is also a slang term 'jacked,' which can either be a short form of 'hijacked' (He jacked my seat when I got up to go the bathroom) or can mean muscled-up or pumped.
Foster The People - Pumped up Kicks
one good song to go with the beginning of the book is Pumped up Kicks by Foster the People because of the shooting scenes all the other kids with the pumped up kicks better run better run, outrun my gun all the other kids with the pumped up kicks better run better run, faster then my bullet
no. the song is about a boy who finds a revolver in his fathers closet and tells the kids refereed to as "with the pumped up kicks" that they better run befor he shoots them.
I believe Pumped Up Kicks (by Foster the People) was realeased in September 2010.
To 'coin a phrase' means to have invented it or 'came up with it'.
Title: Pumped up Kicks Artist: Foster the People Robert's got a quick hand He'll look around the room He won't tell you his plan He's got a rolled cigarette hanging out his mouth He's a cowboy kid Yeah, he found a sixshooter gun In his dad's closet hidden in a box of fun things And I don't even know what But he's coming for you, yeah, he's coming for you All the other kids with the pumped up kicks You'd better run, better run, outrun my gun All the other kids with the pumped up kicks You'd better run, better run, faster than my bullet x1 Daddy works a long day He be coming home late, yeah, he's coming home late And he's bringing me a surprise Because dinner's in the kitchen and it's packed in ice I've waited for a long time Yeah, the slight of my hand is now a quick pull trigger I reason with my cigarette And say your hair's on fire You must have lost your wits, yeah All the other kids with the pumped up kicks You'd better run, better run, outrun my gun All the other kids with the pumped up kicks You'd better run, better run, faster than my bullet x1 All the other kids with the pumped up kicks You'd better run, better run, outrun my gun All the other kids with the pumped up kicks You'd better run, better run, faster than my bullet x3
Well, in my opinion since the song goes "All the other kids with the Pumped up Kicks, you better run better run, outrun my gun" they're referring to Pumped up Kicks as like nerf guns. Robert has a real gun, so he's warning them that if they mess with him, they better run.
