There are a few different things that can be referred to when someone is described as being "thick". This could mean stubborn, unwilling to learn from experience or not exceptionally bright (or intelligent).
selfish, full of themself, shallow, etc... When you say someone is important
It depends on who you talking to and how you say it. For example if you are saying it to someone who has very low self esteem and you say it in a rude way, it will seem mean, if you say it to a fairly laid back person and you say it in a nice way, it will be taken as a compliment.
Well i said somthing sacractically i will say it but not really mean it so if someone says "Your stupid" and I say "Yep, I'm stupid" i dont mean it.
Bright sky.
They are smart.
smart
it means they are sweet and full of sunshine:D
Someone who isn't so bright.. Not the smartest!
No offense, but if you ask this question, you're not very bright are you?
It would be mean to say to someone, "You have no soul."
When you say someone is hard boiled you basically mean that he is very difficult to deal with.
You say you're sorry.
It usually means that you are thinking of that person. Wether you are aware of it or not.
Its a compliment, it means you have a very bright personality and usually your a happy person =]
that they are intelligent and have a quick understanding of things.
You mean "What does it mean if someone touches your arm and say see you next time with a smile"? It means they like you.
