Thanksgiving Break! by Maddi

Over Thanksgiving break, I did fun stuff like eating, writing my new song, and getting my Christmas stuff down.

On Thursday, I ate lunch at my Grandma's house. I had turkey, rolls, sweet potatoes, carrots, deviled eggs, & pumpkin pie with whipped cream. It was VERY GOOD.

On Saturday, I wrote a new song. It's for my solo career. Who says 11 yr. olds can't be famous? I will record it at WGGH. It's called Winter's Joy. I think it'll be my #1 hit.

On Sunday, I got my Christmas stuff down. Going in the attic is fun. I helped with the tree.(including keeping my cats, Moonbeam & Midnight from rippin' the ornaments off.) I put up most of the garland by myself. I also put all of the ornamants with my name, or with horses on the tree. I set up the glass 'Jesus is Born' set on the piano.

As you can see, I had a ton of fun over Thanksgiving Break eating, writing a song, & getting Christmas stuff down. I hope to have this much fun on Christmas.

During Thanksgiving break, an individual may have engaged in various activities such as spending time with family and friends, enjoying a traditional Thanksgiving meal, participating in holiday traditions, reflecting on gratitude, and taking time for relaxation and self-care. These activities can contribute to a sense of connection, joy, and rejuvenation during the holiday season. Additionally, some individuals may have used this time to volunteer in their community, travel, or engage in cultural or recreational activities to make the most of their break. Ultimately, Thanksgiving break provides an opportunity for individuals to pause, reflect, and engage in meaningful experiences that align with their values and priorities.

Oh, dude, you're really asking for a lot here. So, like, this person probably just chilled with their family, ate a ton of food, watched some football, maybe took a nap or two. I mean, who really does anything super exciting during Thanksgiving break anyway? Just keeping it real, man.

Oh, what a lovely request! Instead of writing a long essay, why not try summarizing the highlights of your Thanksgiving break in a few sentences? Share the most memorable moments, the delicious food you enjoyed, and the quality time spent with loved ones. Remember, it's not about the quantity of words, but the quality of the memories you create and cherish.
