The length of a paragraph is not measured by pages or even words. It depends entirely on the subject material. A paragraph is just one of a series of subsections each usually devoted to one idea and each usually marked by the beginning of a new line, indentation, or increased interlinear space.
Two pages could concievably be one long paragraph or sixty plus short ones.
It depends how long each word is.
A typical page is 350 words in Times New Roman, double-spaced, 12 pitch.
generally around 1200-1700
It depends on the font and size. A general estimate is 200-300 words per double-spaced page. For a more precise estimate, there are few web sites with "words-to-pages" calculators, and you can specify the font, size, and line spacing as well. Here's a good one that I use, although there are probably many others:
It depends on your font and font size, but if you are using 12 pt Times New Roman, which is the standard essay choice, 1200 words double spaced will give you just over 4 1/2 pages. If you figure in your heading and various line breaks for new paragraphs, you may reach 5 pages.
about 23 lines, for size 12 Times New Roman font
5 double spaced pages is equivalent to 10 single spaced pages. Each single spaced page will have twice the content of a double spaced page, so it takes two single spaced pages to match the content of one double spaced page.
About 1500 words.

500 words is 1 page single spaced or 2 pages double spaced.
A paper will be twice as long when double-spaced compared to single-spaced. For example, a one-page single-spaced paper would be around two pages when double-spaced.
No, in APA format, all text should be double-spaced, including the body of the paper, references, tables, and figures. There are some exceptions, such as block quotes and references with multiple lines, which are single-spaced. Always refer to the APA manual for specific guidelines.
It depends how long each word is.
College ruled paper has lines that are spaced at 9/32" (7.1mm) between horizontal lines, and typically has 33 lines per page.
If using 12 point Times or Times Roman font, it's about 10 English words per line, on average.Further, that font and size will put 49 single-spaced lines on a page. So, under those assumptions, an average word count would be 490 words on a single spaced page, or 245 on a double-spaced page.
False. References are typically formatted with a hanging indent and are single-spaced within each reference, with a double space between references.
I use double-spacing for my bibliography or works cited page, with a hanging indent for each citation.
