If you're saying, "Hope you enjoy", then it's "hey mong nay joong yee la". Joong yee (it sounds like "joan", but without the hard "n" sound) is the same as xi huan 喜歡.

But if you're just saying the general term for "enjoy", like, "I'm enjoying life", it's 享受 herng sao.

It sounds like "her" + "ng" but the n is subtle, meaning when you say it, you don't touch the tongue to the roof of your mouth nor anywhere else in your mouth. It sounds somewhat like a soft "urn" or "yearn" sound, just without the definitive hard "n" ending sound.
