You have to removed the double negative, but in a way that maintains the meaning of the sentence as intended.
"I ain't got no money." In this the man is trying to say he has no money. So removing either the word "ain't" or "no" would be sufficient. (And yes, there are further grammar modifications to be made in that example.)
