That depends on what you mean.
To "get over" means either to "get past, grow accustomed to" or "take advantage of". To 'give over" means to "let someone else win".
The school gets over the loss of the teacher and grows stronger.
The school gets over on the poorer families, making them pay too much.
The school gave over and let the town cut down its trees.
I think though that you may mean simply "is over". If so, "school is over = school lets out, school is finished (for the day/year)." Note please, not "the school" - "the school is over = the school building no longer exists."
The proper way to say or write this is, "This is the school that I attend."
It is grammatically correct to say , "I am in school today." This is because you are in the building, not at the building.
You could say first come gets first choice or you could say the first in is the first served. You could also use early bird gets the worm.
A) Say their name over and over B) tell them to say what (keep doing this till they say what) C) Kick them in the ball and then they will say WHAT the hell.
Welcome to your School - 'Croeso i dy Ysgol'

Say on no it's over remember you gets no more kissess from me. Say on no it's over remember you gets no more kissess from me.
The use of "when" suggests a certainty that may not exist. It would be more accurate to say "if he gets his marks back in the spring" to show the possibility of him quitting school.
Say "Can I have your hat?" over and over until she gives it to you.

well it all depends on what school you go to. some schools are all right about you taking it to school but they usually say to you that 'its your responsibility and that if you brake it or it gets lost then its not in shored' but others can be quite stricked and say NO.
Just ask if she wants to hang out when you two get out of school (don't say study together but say hang-out instead).
I don't. She's not my daughter and I have no say over her.
