no you could just save in the game once its done saving turn it off and turn it back on and put your game and its going to be there

From editor: File / Save As or File / Write To From shell: rename, move, mv
just add an extension .java when you save your notepad text file
go to file menu--> select option "save as" --> then choose the file type "html document" name the file. and you are done

get nogba and extract it then put it on your destop and play the game then save it and then go to battery on nogba and there will be a new save file
An alternative emulator to vba.
you have to click on the file menu and select write a snapshot a dialog box appear write the name of the file and click on save. tested

umm. well if you havent done this it works for me. right click the Pokemon file and then copy it, go to the battery file on no$gba click on it once you are in the file paste it in it. then just go to the game and save like you normally would and it will work. this is for any game on no$gba.
You can transfer the .sav file from the "Battery" file in No$GBA to a DS Flash Kart and replace your original .sav file with the .sav file from No$GBA. Make sure to back up your save file on your flash kart first! If you don't want to spend any money, or don't have a DS Flash Kart, you can't transfer them.
option>NDS Cartidge Backup Media> Flash 256 kbytes>ok Option> save Option Close emulator and open file and there u go it will be able to save... Had Problems myself a came on this lookin for answer a didnt find it so a decided to help u out :p hope it helps
copy the Pokemon ROM file, go to no$gba and find the battery file, then paste the Pokemon game into the battery file. start the game like you normally would then save like you normally would then start it back up again and bam! it should be right there. this works for every Pokemon game.
I think theres no nogba codes for that but there are ruby and safire nogba cheats
