Like everything else, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
In excellent condition with lots of 'tooling' like chucks, rests, attachments, extra parts, etc. a nice clean Wards lathe might be worth $1000 or more.
A rusty, dirty, neglected or abused old example with no extras and in poor condition?
Maybe a hundred bucks......maybe less.

Year, Make and model need to be taken into consideration, 18 gauge is about the midpoint, some manufacturers / years may be thicker or thinner. The best way to match material size, is to use a metal thickness gauge on a known, good sample.
A representation of an object or event is a model.
The spiral model is called a meta model since it encloses all other life cycle model.
Expalin different between waterfall model and prototyping model ? Expalin different between waterfall model and prototyping model ?
Pre-64 Winchesters had many forged and hand-fitted parts while those made later are machine-stamped. If you haven't studied metal working enough to recognize the difference, 1964 production bagan with serial number 2586001.
There are many different types of Lathe, the King of all machine tools- as there are many types of Organs ( musical instrument) a High-speed sometimes shortened to (speed Lathe) is a light duty model intended for sheet-metal work and such jobs. one model was used by the Naval Aircraft factory in Great Lakes ( home of the Great Lakes Biplanes- popular with stunt pilots) -and this had a circular speed controller looking something like a ship"s engine room telegraph but calibrated in R.P.M. and direct reading. there may be some specific R.P.M. range that would be taken as ( High Speed). There is an illustration of the Navy lathe in the current and recent Technical Books catalogues of Lindsay"s Publications.

An Atlas 12 lathe typically weighs around 400-500 pounds, depending on the specific model and configuration. It is recommended to consult the manufacturer's specifications for the most accurate weight information.
Try the manufacturer's site at http://www.general.ca. They should be able to help.
The metal of a model? Model ships used to be built of tin during the 1890's up thru the 1920s. This was before plastics came on line AFTER WWII.

it is now.....the older model was metal.
The "Power Kraft" line of tools was sold by Montgomery Ward stores. Your lathe was made by the Logan company for Wards. They are fine lathes, far sturdier and more accurate than most of the 'home shop' types, imho. Logan is still in business, and parts are available. Google "Logan lathe" for all the info you'll ever need. hth, Steve edit: the serial number is stamped on the front rail of the bed at the far right end
is there any metal detector company by the name "Zealot"
metal
Depends on the model
