That would be a pulley.

∙ 10y agoThat would most likely be a pulley. A pulley is essentially a wheel on an axle that usually has a groove in the middle of its circumference that holds a rope, cable, belt, or chain. Pulleys are used to transmit motion rotationally and apply force in the direction of said motion. Two or more pulleys makes a tackle. Hope this is what you were looking for.
For simple resistance measurements it usually doesn't matter.
Don't be too much confuse about this question it is simple. Their difference is their speeling and their pronunciation. See? very simple.. satisfied??
There is no unit of measure called a cord.
Zip cord is a type of plastic insulated wire having 2 or more conductors. These conductors can be easily separated by manually "unzipping" the cord along a molded indentation between conductors. Zip cord with a large number of conductors is usually called ribbon cable.
Mini blinds are an example of a pulley system, which is a simple machine that uses a wheel and axle to lift or lower the blinds by pulling on a cord.

Yes the cord is wound and stored inside the machine for safety,
If you want to make an exact copy of a recording from machine "A" to machine "B", a dubbing cord goes from the output terminals of machine "A" to the input terminals of machine "B". The word "dub" means "a copy of" in recorded music.
The insulated jacket or outer covering allows you to safely pick up an electrical cord that is plugged in.
There are two general forms: - a wheel attached to a fixed axle which rotates in a frame or mount - a wheel which has a hole in its center and revolves around an axle passing through it. In the first, lubrication can be applied to the mounting bracket where it holds the axle. In the second, lubrication is applied to the axle (shaft) where it passes through. This can also include ball bearings that distribute the weight and themselves roll within a mounting.
The answer is winch
A simple pulley is a basic type of pulley that consists of a wheel with a groove around its circumference and a rope or cord that runs through the groove. It is used to change the direction of a force or to lift or lower an object.

The answer is winch
take your cover off of the pull cord, there should be a slot in the wheel that turns your crank, take your cord and tie a knot at the end of it a slip it in the slot wind the cord around the wheel bolt cover back on go have some fun....
