This all depends on the class of Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) it is. Typically the manufactorers of RCP recommend one foot of compacted fill over a pipe for construction traffic. As long as the material is not wet I would drive over it any day.
High quality concrete pipes are popularly known as HUME PIPE. (The full form of RCC is reinforced cement concrete)
How many nick break specimens are required to qualify a WPS on 6 inch pipe with a .375 inch wall thickness?
.165"
The gauge of the pipe is the wall thickness. It is easier to say Schedule 40 pipe than .180 inch wall thickness. This is the SCH 40 wall thickness for a standard 12" pipe and the actual gauge thickness will vary based on pipe size and material. The larger the Schedule number, the thicker the pipe wall thickness. Pipe Schedule is also expressed in Std., X-Stg., and XX-Stg. since some thicknesses are more common than others.
It could be 65" (b wall - 5.5" wall thickness), or 66.5" (c wall - 6.25" wall thickness).
30-inch (inside diameter) RCP has a wall thickness of 2.75 inches. Therefore, the outside diameter of 30-inch RCP is 35.5 inches.

1/2 inch + 2*thickness of the pipe.

It is Reinforced Concrete, Heavy Duty, Non-pressure Pipes.
I don't think 6 inch pipe is available in schedule 30.
It depends on the thickness of the material that the pipe is made from.
