Scope is great!
It is basically a field where the job profile varies from field work e.g. plant operation including refineries, chemical industry, fertilizers industry etc; to design and development e.g. plant troubleshooting, revamp, Comp. aided process and plant design, control engineering etc. etc. (list is very long).
For girls CAD, control engineering, and troubleshooting and revamp kind of jobs (typically named as technical services) are well suited. Operation jobs are rather rough and tough jobs requiring shift duties and plant visits during odd hours, in case of any emergency.

Why are there NO girls in engineering classes?
What engineering field are you in? In my opinion and observations, if you want girls in engineering classes. Take Chemical Engineering Major. They have the most girls. Not necessarily beautiful or hot. But the most. In my engineering classes, there are quite a bit of girls. At least a good 30-40% out of 120 students. Though I do find the hotter ones in other fields (Mech/Civ).
