If you mean "against humans" as in bad for us, then...

It could be argued that certain technologies have made humans lazy... for example, why go out and work when you can sit in front of the TV!, why spend a day gathering firewood for a campfire so you can cook your dinner when you can just put it in the oven. There are many examples of this.

Laziness also makes us physically weak and un-fit (and hence more prone to disease and viral infection) and breeds complacency, which is derogatory to our "built-in" self defence mechanisms. (We do not worry about being hurt when driving a car for example, as we assume the car will protect us!)

A great philosopher (there were so many of them!) once wrote that the ingenuity of man would be the downfall of mankind, and in todays technologically bound society it could not be more true...

We pursue technologies that allow us to build bigger and more powerfull weapons, the purpose of which being to kill other humans! What good can come of that?!

Not all technology is bad for us, however. Some technologies (simple ones for example) such as fire are extremely usefull. The invention of the wheel is a technology, and (although it has been used to create weapons) has allowed the construction of machines that help us to (for instance) harvest our crops and transport them to population centres where they are needed.

All technologies have their benefits to us as individuals and companies, although there is a fine line between which ones are good for our evolution as a species, and which ones are not. I cannot imagine anything worse than a society entirely composed of fat, lazy, unhealthy people who know and do nothing because technology does it for them!

On the positive side, however, technology could (and indeed should) allow us as a species to become enwisened, highly intelligent and knowledgeable about a great number of things. Though some people treat it as a crutch to be leant on when they cant be bothered!
