Lean manufacturing is the manufacturing systems concept based on Toyata's TPS. Lean is based in the idea that anything which does not add value to the customer is waste. There are several books and seminars on Lean available. Most people need 1-2 weeks of training on lean concepts and practice using it's tools before they feel comfortable that they "Know" Lean. Lean is deceptively simple and many companies say they are Lean companies when in fact they are very far from "Lean".

VB Engineering is a pioneer in providing solutions for Manufacturing process simulation with the help of lean tools. Manufacturing process simulation software like Flexsim 3d Simulation has been helping the world with best simulation modelling software techniques and data analytics. VBengg Provides Especially for food manufacturing dynamic simulation software are very helpful for building the manufacturing simulation environment. The design principle for packaging lines amounts to a buffer strategy, which ensures that the cradles before the center machine are practically full and the supports after the center machine are halfway vacant. This permits the center machine to proceed on account of a disappointment elsewhere on the line.

What are the benefits of using automated techniques for manufacturing electric circuits?

I high degree of precision, accuracy and speed as well as reduced waste due to manufacturing errors.

What are the advantages of lean manufacturing?

Primarily, lower manufacturing costs due to the elimination of wastes. Also, lean tecniques encourage production to be better matched to demand, which can result in improved response to customers. Overproduction is one of the wastes reduced or eliminated (and really the worst of them), and improved customer response and no overproduction can result in more control over pricing and margin. So, costs are reduced and revenues may be increased in a successful lean enterprise.
