The height of the drain really doesn't matter as long as the hose from the dishwasher has a section that is at least half as high as the dishwasher.
It's not a pee pipe, it's a "p Trap" and it is the area on a drain pipe (Usually sink or Toilet)that is at the bottom and makes a u or a j shape going vertically. Objects sometimes can be retrieved there by taking the the j part of the drain apart and look inside pipe, rings, kids small toy, etc
Assuming the horizontal discharge line is connected to the drain system inside the wall, you will need to remove the wall section to determine if that line can be lowered at the elbow or "Y" connection to an acceptable slope. Once you have lowered the horizontal it is easy to find an extension fitting for the down spout of the "P" trap.
The pee was yellow and smelly
ZERO PEE traps BUT "P" traps there are 1" -8 "
The drain under a sink when it goes thru the wall instead of the floor. If looked at from the side, it would look like a P.

There's no basement in the Alamo. Even Pee Wee Herman knows that!
There is no min. only a max. The max is going to vary from state to state. Generally 24" should cover most codes.

By disconnecting it from the tail piece and the piping on the outlet side of the trap
apparently if you pee on a cotton pad u could be protected by chlorine gas
You probably don't drink enough water, or you have a blatter infection.
