What does an emulator programs do?
An emulator, when referred to as having to do with video games, is a computer program designed to emulate or simulate a specific gaming console/handheld. The games are uploaded to a computer as a ROM, which stands for Ready-Only Memory. A SNES Rom can be recognized and run by a SNES emulator. They also allow you to use the keyboard, or a joystick, and custoimize the controls to something you're comfortable with. Emulators up to the N64 should run fairly well on most computers. Most emulators also have built in cheat engines with gameshark/action-replay/gamegenie etc. support.

Because the action replay is technically not supposed to be used with the PS2. It corrupts almost all data eventually, because it spreads through the memory card.
How do you make NOGBA Full Screen?
Make nogba full screen is not possible with the button "full screen".but a quiet bigger to make is possible.to make bigger the screen of nogba you need to do: 1)right click on the icon 2)then choose properties 3)then make a "v" where is writted "use screen 640x480. it shall make a pinch bigger but not full screen.hope i helped =)
