You cannot convert an image to a markup file.
All HTML files are text files. You can open them with any text editor, such as Notepad. When a browser opens the file, it reads it and displays the html as a web page. If you open a html file in a text editor or a word processor or other such application, you will see the actual html code, which is just ordinary text. So you don't need to convert HTML files into text, as they are already text files. All you need is something to open them with, other than a browser.
Where is the HTML file on you blog?
The original extension of a HTML page was .htm because of file name restrictions that limited filetype extensions to 3 characters, today you can use 3 or 4 so either .html or .htm is perfectly fine.
dont try it
You can't convert an exe file to a txt file.
You can't.

To convert source code (.c file) to an executable (.exe) file you have to use a compiler, which is a translator of source code to machine code.
A file with the .exe extension is an executable file that can be opened by Windows or MS-DOS that opens a program. It is also known as a program file. A file with the .pdf extension, however, is a document file that can be open by Adobe Reader, Word 2013, or other compatible programs. It is impossible to convert an exe file to a pdf file.
This is not really possible, since .exe is a program. You could take a screenshot of the running program or of the code, but the exe itself cannot be converted.
love
What are the requirements of a file to be HTML file, just it has to be able to view the file in web browser. SO, probably the answer would be to change the doc file extension to HTML. Either you can embed the doc file into a web page or save it as .HTML or .htm file
Those are really two completely different file types. An ISO image is a collection of many files (including EXE files in some cases), basically an archive like RAR or ZIP, but unlike RAR/ZIP it is not compressed. An EXE file is an executable file that just contains code to be ran. If you convert the ISO to an EXE it will not do anything.
EXE files belong to the Windows OS, while SIS/SISX belong to Nokia's Symbian OS, which is the standard OS for cell phones. it is not possible to convert Windows applications into mobile applications. It is not possible to convert a Windows application into a mobile application, you need to code it from bottom to top using libraries and SDKs created for this purpose.
