Just resave the file. The flash drive is represented as an ordinary file system. If you can change the date of a file on a hard drive, then you can change it on a flash drive.

When on a secure government site and nortons antivirus is not up to date can a flash drive that is not secure corrupt a hard drive?

Yes an unsecure flash drive can corrupt a hard drive and even infect other computers connected to the network. If the flash drive is connected to any computer that is infected with malware it is very possible that the same flash drive will covertly corrupt other computers. I suggest you buy iron key or another encryted flash drive

How can i clear flash player and java script error on you tube?

Any flash or JavaScript errors can be caused in a number of ways. Most of the time, it should be the website's fault if you receive a JavaScript or Flash Player error. Either your JavaScript, or flash player (or both), may be out of date and need to be upgraded. JavaScript can be updated by updating your browser. Flash Players can be updated by going to the Adobe website.
