The 7405 is a hex inverter with open collector-outputs, the I/O's is as follow:
Input Inverted output
Pin1=A1 Pin2=Y1
Pin3=A2 Pin4=Y2
Pin5=A3 Pin6=Y3
Pin9=A4 Pin8=Y4
Pin11=A5 Pin10=Y5
Pin13=A6 Pin12=Y6
Power pins
Pin14=Vcc +
Pin 7=GND
You can just Google the IC number and check the datasheet. This is very useful for getting the pin configuration of other IC as well. Anyway 7486 is a 14pins, 4 independence gates of XOR Gate Input Output #1 Pin1 Pin2 PIN3 #2 Pin4 Pin5 PIN6 #3 Pin10Pin9 Pin8 #4 Pin13Pin12 Pin11 Others Vcc Pin 14 Gnd Pin 7 Hope that helps.
What enable1&enable2 in pin l293d

IC pins are numbered anti-clockwise around the IC starting near the notch or dot.
on facing the side having black cover ie the front side...starting from the left.. pin1:supply pin2:ground pin3:output
Is it APR 9600 or ARP 9600? If it is APR 9600 sound record/replay IC, check out the link given below. It contains the pin configuration of the IC.
For what design go to datasheetlocator.com and look oit up

The 8085 is a 40 pin ic because Intel designed it that way.
7408 is an active componet that need power supply to work otherwise it wont work

It is a a timer of very stable timing if everything else is stable. It widely use for that reason it is ab 8 pin dual in line pin configuration, The design is widely available from manufactures and Internet pages.
