It is usually bad connections under both seats a common problem usually cured by snipping off the connectors and soldering the wires together make sure you connect the correct wires together ,.Make sure you disconnect the battery and leave for an hour before starting work or the airbag will detonate when fiddling with the wires.also if its a D8 406 make sure you know your radio code as it will need resetting
