First, pop up the bonnet using the pull-lever to the right of the steering column inside the car. Now, having opened & secured the bonnet - For radiator coolant, the reservoir is an off-white container with a screw-top to the upper right as you face the engine. Unscrew the lid, pour water (or water/antifreeze solution) in up to the 'max level' indicator and replace the lid. For windscreen washers, the reservoir is an off-white vertical tube at the lower left, nearest the driver's side headlamp, with a light blue pop-cap. Simply pop the cap off, add water until full, and replace cap.
