The clutch switch is right under the dash board under the clutch it is a long tubular looking switch that pushes in and out
The ignition switch could be bad if a Hyundai Elantra has no crank and then starts. The fuses which are tied to the ignition should also be checked.

i have one and i can say definitively no, they do not.

You will not find it because it does not have one.
