First, you figure out the cause of the problem - that's called diagnosis. You have an issue for which there are multiple possible reasons why it exists, and you're expecting us to tell you how to fix it when you've done nothing to narrow down the reason why it isn't going up. Honestly, I kinda get the impression you're not very mechanically inclined, and will probably end up having to pay someone who is. On the off chance that this was an error in judgment on my part, go through the troubleshooting steps.. is there power going to the switch? If so, does the switch have continuity? If so, does it actuate the relay? if so, is the relay operating like it's supposed to? If so, is there power to the window regulator? Is the window on track? Is the window regulator functional? If this isn't making sense to you, prepare to shell out some money.
you need to replace the window regulator
The easy answer is that you can take it apart and do a quick fix to get you by but it will need replacement no matter what. A new one is about a hundred dollars. If all is quiet then the relay for the window motor is bad or even the fuse could be bad.
To fix a window that won't roll up on a Ford Probe, the door panel will have to be removed. The cable for the window will have to be restrung onto the pulley or a new one will have to be installed.

If its not working check the connections and if it is working but wont go up and down then the window regulator is broken and will need to be replaced.
driver window wont go up
If it's a window that drops open or a manual/electric window that wont wind down or up, you need to replace your window regulator - about £25 second hand to replace.
You can replace it. Or you get a plastic tank fix kit in AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts.
There was a recall on window clips. Go to your dealer and they should fix it for free.
If an electric window in a Chevrolet Venture will not go up or down, it is likely that a fuse is blown. Replacing the fuse could fix the issue.
you have to take the door apart. from there if you can't figure it out then you probably need to take it to a mechanic
