according to the Beery Dev. Test of Visual Motor integration used by most occupational therapists, A child is supposed to be able to imitate a circle/ circular movements on paper by the age of 2. A child is supposed to be able to draw a round circle (not perfectly thought) by the age of 3. And as mentioned before drawing skills are no indicator of intelligence, but they may indicate the child's visual motor skills related to handwriting.

AnswerIt just means that he has the motor skills to obey a simple command. Motor skills do not equate to intelligence, as many athletes prove. AnswerFirst, how old is the child? But for the most part drawing a circle is a normal stage for children by the age of 5. AnswerWell, for one I believe that it depends on how old the child is. My eldest daughter is 5 and she can draw a circle and has been able to since she turned 4 because she was fortunate to go to pre-school and now is enrolled in kindergarten. I believe a circle is one of the most basic patterns to draw yet some children may be more ahead of others and be able to do such things at younger ages than others. I think most children should be able to draw a circle by ages 5-6. I don't think there are "genius" children because we don't learn most of what exists in life until a later age in life. There are very gifted and talented young children, but I don't think that makes them genius. Answerno because its only a circle AnswerJust the ablitity to draw a circle is not any indicator to him being a genius.

Not necessarily. Drawing a circle is a basic skill that most children can achieve at a certain age. Genius is typically associated with exceptional intelligence or creativity across a wide range of areas, not just the ability to draw a circle.
