Hmm... In response to your question, as the human body does break down 'chemicals' (however you may define them... ), and those chemicals may have an effect on the processes of the body, there may be an effect. As we all know, all humans are distinct in their chemistry as individuals, so it can be possible (this also leads to question of the 'flavor' or 'taste' of male ejaculate... ) that a certain mix can influence the human body. I personally wouldn't put it out of my mind as possibility, but I haven't found such a definite source of information to verify such claims. It's a vague answer, but the best that I can find.

Any high sugar, low nutritional food can lead to an off balance of the body's systems and increase bacterial growth. Dr pepper (and pretty much all soda's) have relatively no nutritional value and are either high in sugar (for regular soda) or high in chemicals (Diet Soda wreaks more havoc on the body more than sugar does, regardless of the lower calorie count).

Vaginal smells are the first stage of bacterial growth in the area of the vagina. Eating healthier foods can decrease the frequency and rate of bacterial growth (though nothing prevents it completely). Keeping the area clean however; is also an extremely important part of preventing smells and will clean up any excess bacteria growth.
