Anything living in the earth requires protein. That is , humans [children, adults], plants, animals and etc need proteins to survive. Our finger nails, skin, hair, gum [holds teeth], eyes, movement, all use proteins to carry out their function. How do we get proteins? Well they are made in our body so it is very important that we give the body the things it needs in order to make it. Think of it as LEGO blocks. To build a Lego house, you need to use the small pieces to build the house. If you don't have any small pieces left, you cannot build the house. This is the same idea as proteins. The small pieces come from the food we eat i.e. fruits, vegetables, red meat, etc .. and so eating these things we enable our body to build the protein which is needed to grow finger nails, hair, renew skin (skin repair) and etc.
This is why it is important for everyone, especially at ayoung age, to eat all the necessary veges and fruits daily.
children need proteins so they can grow and develop in a good way. They need proteins for growing bones and it's very healthy for them. The protein helps give them energy so they can get through the day more easily. If a child doesn't have enough protein in them then they can get very sick and very weak.
For growth and to build up their protein tissue
So They Can Grow & Devolpe In A Good Way.
Children who are already undernourished can suffer from protein-energy malnutrition (PEM) when rapid growth, infection, or disease increases the need for protein and essential minerals.
Children need plenty of nutrients so that they body will grow and function properly. The most important nutrients that children need more of include protein, carbohydrates, fats, calcium and iron.
Younger children especially need more protein than adults because their bodies are still growing.
Soya milk contains soya beans which are quite high in protein and supply children with the protein they need for growth, repair and replacement of cells without the milk coming from an animal source.
yes we need protein
why dose protein need water
We need protein in our diets for growth and repair
Different age groups have varying protein requirements due to differences in growth, development, and activity levels. Children and teenagers typically need more protein to support growth, whereas older adults may need slightly more protein for muscle maintenance and repair. Meeting these specific protein needs helps ensure optimal health and function for each age group.
We need protein and minerals to keep bones strong.
protein is very important. We need protein daily.
