In the United States, schools of veterinary medicine do not look at ACT scores when evaluating applicants. The ACT (and SAT) are designed to test a high school student's academic abilities for entrance into undergraduate college. Vet school is a graduate school that accepts applicants that have already completed several years of undergraduate college. The test Auburn's vet school will look at is generally the GRE (Graduate Record Exam), or possibly the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test). The VCAT (Veterinary College Admission Test) no longer exists.
According to my concern, rules of government says that equal oppurtunities should be provided to the females. But if we look towards questoin it seems to be less adequate, because it is the matter of education. In universities or colleges number of male and female student is depends upon their strength and their preferences at the time of admission for a particular course. It is all dependent on students that which course they like or dislike. So every student has freedom to choose the subject of their choice. Let us take an example, suppose at the time of admission college announces that for the BBA course college administration decided to accept only 100 students and out of hundred number of girls and boys must be equal if that time more than 50 boys want to take BBA and less than 50 girls want to take this course then what will be the solution for the problem for college . Is college not give admission to boys or it pressurize the girls to take that course if college pressurize the girls student to take course then it betrayed the right to freedom of student, which leads to failure of student because course is not according to their interest. So in conclusion it should totally depend on the interest and the strength present at the time of admission that universities get the equal number of male and female student or not. If universities bound that they only accepts equal number of male and female student then it should become hectic to both genders to take admission or choose courses. I am completely disagree with the questoin.
