I have used Microsoft's Worldlingo option in Word to help me with translations into spanish. You can submit a phrase or an entire document but be prepared for rough translations because vernaculars, colloquialisms and nuance have to be translated by an actual translator. I believe that service is also an option but there is a charge for it. I have never used this option. To use Worldlingo pull down Tools then Language the Translate. Select the languages from the choices provided. Good luck.
