'donde vives' = where do you live
"que vien y dond vives" is the improper spelling for the phrase:
"Que bien y (a) dónde vives?"
and means "That's great (or that's good), where do you live?"
Because many Spanish-speakers do not complete higher educated (anything above middle school level), it is very common to see spelling errors in their writing.
Many often confused letters are b/v, s/c, c/k, and many times they will either leave off or add an 'h' (since it is a silent letter).
