Since Dixie State is a public college, they are not allowed to require their students to disclose their religion. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) does not keep records on which schools members are attending, so it is impossible to know for sure how many students at Dixie State are Mormon. (also, the number fluxuates every semester) However, Dixie is in a predominantly Mormon area, and I would assume that about 50-70% of students are baptized Mormons, although many may not be practicing the faith.
While students of any religion may attend BYU, all students are required to take 14 credit hours of religion classes and abide by an Honor Code that commits students to "live a chaste and virtuous life," "obey the law," "use clean language," "abstain from Alcoholic Beverages, tobacco, tea, coffee" and "participate regularly in church services." BYU is ranked the most religious school and the most sober school in the nation by the Princeton Review.
Because of this, just less than 99 percent of BYU students are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In 2010, only 461 of the 32,947 students enrolled at BYU said they were not Mormon. Of the non-Mormon students, 69 said they were Catholic, 62 said they were Protestant, and 32 said they were 'Other Christian'. 29 students said they were Muslim, 57 said they were Hindu, 16 said they were Buddhist, 40 said they belonged to 'other religions' including Judaism and Baha'i, and 156 chose no religious preference.

No, certainly not, although there are Mormons attending every college in Utah (and in fact, it's quite likely that there are Mormons attending every college/university in the nation, perhaps with the exception of some Catholic or Protestant schools). The only schools in Utah that are affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) in Utah are Brigham Young University in Provo and LDS Business College in Salt Lake City. Other large Universities in Utah, such as Utah State, Weber State, University of Utah, Utah Valley University, Snow College, Salt Lake Community College, Southern Utah University, and Dixie State are all public universities affiliated with the state. Westminster is a large private liberal arts school in Salt Lake City that is also unaffiliated with the LDS Church.
Yes, definately. There are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) in every state of the US. There are over 6 million Mormons in the United States. The state with the largest number of Mormons is Utah with 1.8 million Mormons. The state with the fewest number of Mormons is Rhode Island, with about 4,000 Mormons.
